Here are our itemized requirements for returned merchandise:
- Any items to be returned MUST be returned
within 10 days of customer receipt.
- We will immediately replace any defective merchandise or refund 100% of your money.
Defective merchandise must be returned with original packaging. - Customer to pay for return shipping charges on merchandise that is not defective.
- We charge a 10% Re-Stocking Fee for any returned merchandise that is not defective.
- All returns must include original packaging, so please keep the packing materials and the shipping box.
- Ouija, talking board sets, and Tarot Card decks are only accepted for return if unopened and in their original packaging and shrink-wrap.
